Hello Falcons!
Rosary Procession: the entire school will participate in a Rosary procession on Wednesday October 7th at 1:00 PM to celebrate the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary. If livestreaming is available, we will share those details on Tuesday.
40 Days for Life: a different grade is walking to the fence each day and praying a Rosary decade for unborn babies. I had the pleasure of joining some of our first graders on Thursday. Great stuff!
Physical Education: have you met our new Physical Education Teacher? Tawna Richard has degrees in Exercise and Sport Science, and Nutrition. She taught Health, Dance, and Physical Education for five years at Notre Dame Academy High School in Park Hills, KY. Please click on the following link to see Mrs. Richard and some kindergarteners performing high energy
Dance Aerobics in the gym
Temperature Scanning: as I mentioned this summer, a generous donor purchased an automated temperature scanning system for us. The system automatically takes temperatures as individuals walk by the camera; no stopping is necessary. Please click on the following link for a short
Video Demonstration.
Masks: please consider having your student store an extra mask in a re-sealable bag in his/her bookbag...especially for the younger grades. We are going through quite a few single-use paper masks because students forget their mask, lose it, or somehow compromise its cleanliness/safety.
