Urgent Message to Clients

We are reaching out to you in this time of uncertainty and know there are many questions about how to address the COVID-19 outbreak in your community associations. It seems there are new developments and changes in recommendations and orders from our governmental agencies on daily or hourly basis. The situation is changing rapidly.

Over the last few days we discussed publishing information to cover a wide range of legal concerns arising out of this pandemic. We came to the conclusion that it is best to speak directly to clients about any specific concerns rather than to speak in generalities since the information changes almost hourly and each association has unique concerns. Our attorneys are advising clients on a case-by-case basis to answer legal questions that affect individual community associations.

Our attorneys and staff are available and we have systems in place to allow them to remain available. For their protection and yours, we are not holding meetings in our office and to the extent possible, attending all meetings electronically.

Please contact us with any legal questions that may arise. We urge you not to ignore or underestimate the impact the spread of COVID-19 and the resulting actions of governmental agencies may have on your community.

If you are a current Epsten, APC client and have questions regarding the operation of your community during this pandemic, contact our office or your primary attorney directly .

Epsten, APC is taking precautions to keep our attorneys, staff, clients and colleagues as healthy as possible during this time of concern due to the Coronavirus.

For this reason, we will be temporarily limiting visitors to all of our offices and our attorneys will be attending meetings telephonically or electronically only.

Our attorneys are able to attend board meetings via video conferencing as a cost-effective, germ-free meeting option and we are equipped to do so. Video conferencing meetings require a computer, laptop and/or tablet with video and a high-speed internet connection. When an Epsten attorney is attending a meeting utilizing video conferencing, our firm can provide you with a link to host that meeting electronically.

There are many video conferencing options available to you and although we are not endorsing any particular product or provider, our office uses Zoom as our video conferencing option. We have put together a flyer to provide you with more information about how Zoom video conferencing works.

For information on general video conferencing options for your community when an Epsten attorney is not attending, we suggest contacting your management company for recommendations.

Thank you. Stay healthy.
Our attorneys and staff strive to provide 5-Star Legal Services to all of our association clients and managers.
If we have provided you with 5-Star service, please leave us a review.
If you can't give us 5-Stars, please EMAIL US . We want to know.
