Orinda Set to Raise Most Fees
Orinda will consider adopting a new technology fee along with hiking charges on a dozens of other development-related fees during a public hearing set for July 16, 2019. The new technology surcharge would be 3 percent of the application fee.   Full Story
San Jose Inclusionary Ordinance Update
The San Jose Housing Department is looking at updating the City's Inclusionary Housing Ordinance (IHO). The City has contracted with Street Level Advisors, "a strategy and innovation firm focused on equitable urban development". Street Level Advisors has been conducting outreach and soliciting comments from developers, housing advocates, and other San Jose business groups.  Full Story

BIA Golf Tournament & Wine Tour - THANK YOU!
Thank you to all that came out for our annual golf tournament & wine tour. We had more than 250+ golfers, 30+ sponsors, 40+ volunteers and 26 attendees on our wine tour.
