On Kostner Moving Ahead

A significant real estate development, featured in the Business Times over a year ago (8/21/2019), is moving ahead. The Terminal, a complex of three warehouses formerly owned by Pyle National, is the most recent INVEST South/West project in Humboldt Park.

Project developer IBT Group, LLC, plans a
$50 million dollar build-out of the 250,000 square-foot space situated on 6.9 acres to transform it into an urban workspace campus for makers, creatives, and innovators. The project offers a creative loft office & active flex space, generous high-bay window lines on all
four sides of the buildings, and more than 2.5 acres of winding outdoor space creating
an engaging open-air campus.
