UPDATE ON STATUS OF OFFICE OF RECORDER OF DEEDS

As we strive to keep you updated during these changing times, please note that the Chester County Recorder of Deeds’ Office has re-opened its operations to accept and record documents filed by mail and E-Recording. Please note, the Chester County Recorder of Deeds’ physical office remains closed to the public, and it is operating with limited staff so there may be some delay in the time a submission for recording is received by their office and when it is actually recorded. Our office remains committed to providing updates on important issues affecting Pennsylvania’s commerce. Please do not hesitate to reach out to one of our attorneys if you have any questions regarding submission and/or timing of recording of documents. We will continue to operate at full strength during these challenging times to serve as a resource for anyone who needs assistance or guidance.
