VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS FOR JUNIORS

Even though though we are not at Paint Branch, we will continue to provide students with resources for their college application journey! These are the workshops that juniors will receive via email while Paint Branch is closed:

"I joined CollegeTracks because of the important information I would receive to help me with my high school to college transition and beyond. I needed a place to put my thoughts about my future to good use."

2. What do you like about CollegeTracks so far?
"I like CollegeTracks because I'm able to express all my interests and I've never felt the need to hold back. The program reminds me that I need independence to adapt to the outside world."

ELIGIBILITY:  Grades 9-12; Be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident. Currently working or have worked on inspiring service project in the past 12 months. Must work as an individual to lead service work. Must have organized & led extraordinary service activity unrelated to school.

NAME:  The Anthem Essay Contest Information
DUE DATE:  4/30/2020
AMOUNT:  Up to $2,000
ELIGIBILITY: Be  a high school student. No citizenship eligibility required. Must write essay between 600 and 1,200 words in length, double spaced.

NAME:  DoSomething.Org Scholarships
DUE DATE: Varies
AMOUNT:  Varies
ELIGIBILITY:  Must be between ages of 13-25. Citizenship eligibility varies for each scholarship. Must complete 3 easy steps: 1) sign up for campaign, 2) complete campaign, 3) upload picture to show you completed the campaign.
