Communication is one of the key skills you will need for the future of work.  A person’s ability to express oneself, as well as to present information, ideas and results effectively are vital in the workplace. This session will help you recognize and improve how you communicate professionally and come across in the workplace and at interviews.

About the trainer:

Wendy is a Systems Trainer and Finance & Risk Capability Partner, supporting the Trading  and Shipping business in bp Singapore. She has worked in bp for 15 years after graduating with a degree in Finance and HR from NUS Business School, and has worked in various Finance & Risk departments before working towards her goal of becoming a regional trainer and a capability partner in Asia Pacific. She has designed, curated and facilitated many impactful training sessions and offered personalized coaching sessions for her colleagues throughout these years.  A strong believer in her alma mater’s motto, “Knowledge is Power”, she is passionate in supporting fellow colleagues to build intangible assets for themselves in this increasingly competitive business landscape. Wendy is also a big believer in continuous improvement and always leads by example by staying relevant to be able to curate and provide personalized talent development advice to her stakeholders. She is also a mother to 3 lovely young daughters, age 9, 7 and 2, who are her pillars of inspiration and strength to keep her going every single day.
