Nutraceuticals World wrote an article about David publishing an updated v ersion of his celebrated book Adaptogens: Herbs for Strength, Stamina and Stress Relief. The new edition includes a decade of new research, new case histories, added herbs, color photographs of the herbs, and nearly 100 pages of additional information. The first edition was far ahead of the trend when published in 2007 and. David is considered one of the world's preeminent experts on adaptogens.

The American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) Herb Walk will visit the nearby Fullerton Arboretum for a guided tour of this beautiful 26-acre botanical garden on the campus of California State University.

  • Learn about culinary & medicinal herbs and their traditional uses from the arboretum's permanent collection of more than 4,000 plant species from around the world.
  • Advance registration is required, and the cost is $75. It's always a wonderful time.
