Rev. Debra’s in-person visit to the UU Fellowship December 5 – 12
We are planning two congregational meet-and-greet opportunities during her visit to Santa Cruz, both at the Fellowship:
A coffee get-together from 10:00 to 11:30 am on Thurs, 12/9.
A gathering with light refreshments after the service on Sun, 12/12.
We plan to hold these gatherings outdoors on the patio, weather permitting. Reservations are requested for both so we can plan for food and anticipate numbers for COVID protocols. Here is the link to RSVP click here or you can email rsvp@uufscc.org to indicate which event(s) you want to attend.
Please note that there will be a limit of 25 attendees for both of these events if it is raining and we have to meet indoors, so please register early – first come, first served!

December Shared Plate Recipient
Center for Farmworker Families
The mission of the Center for Farmworker Families is to promote awareness about the difficult life circumstances of binational families while proactively inspiring improvement in binational family life both in the United States and in Mexico.
Center for Farmworker Families works in our community to provide support - ranging from providing for basic needs like food and clothing -- to advocacy for important policies that protect and uphold the inherent worth and dignity of people who work in our county's farms and fields. UUFSCC has been involved with the Center for Farmworker Families for several years.
his year, in addition to shared plate collections, we will gather food, supplies, and gifts for farmworkers who lack access to income and work during the winter months. To learn more please contact Lorraine Sandoval Vigil or Sarah Marschall.
