January Updates
Boy, do we have a lot planned...
We are dedicating this year to improving our infrastructure to make the experience for you and your customers even quicker with smoother registrations (see "Upcoming IT Stuff" below). With that said...


Please let us know when you expect to have a heavy registration.

We want to make sure we avoid those dates with any server updates and we can also watch traffic particularly at that time for you if you choose.
What's New
Accounts

  • Receipts and account product purchase area listings have a link to save the barcode to the device when the POS barcode is viewed.

  • Membership card numbers are visible in member profiles of public accounts.


Memberships

  • Clarification wording and help qmarks have been added to the latest start and start date fields for membership lengths.


Checkout

  • Customers choosing autopay or card storage must agree to card storage. When autopay fees are updated customers will be notified via email.


General

  • Convenience fee wording has been updated to indicate service fee on autopay updates. We encourage the use of the most accurate fee type.

Upcoming IT Stuff

  • Enhanced server load balancing

  • Deprecation of single-site SSL certificates in favor of a single umbrella SSL that can have an enhanced security level

  • Installation of subdomains and associated redirects for all sites that do not currently have them in order to utilize an umbrella SSL

  • Updates to TLS allowances

  • Enhanced server monitoring to drive additional planning

  • Emails explaining any of the above if it directly affects your site usage
