Regional Health Partners is now Hammond-Henry Hospital Medical Group
Hammond-Henry Hospital Regional Health Partners, also known as RHP, has began the transition to a new name – Hammond-Henry Hospital Medical Group on August 1.

The four family medicine clinics located in Kewanee, Cambridge, Geneseo, and Port Byron will now be known as Medical Group locations. Changing the name to include “Medical Group” will help people better understand the clinics and what services they provide to the community. Other than signage and a new name, the community should see no other changes as they continue to receive excellent care, comfort and convenience. "We have the same rural locations, and the same great providers and staff here to serve our communities,” states Mark Kuhn, CEO.
Hammond-Henry Hospital Medical Group – Geneseo (formerly Regional Health Partners) and UnityPoint Clinic Family Medicine have swapped spaces within the hospital. The Hammond-Henry providers, Julie Brown, M.D., Staci Circello, N.P., Kati Grimes, N.P., Crystal Snider, M.D. and Loren Soria, M.D., along with their Urgent Care service opened in the new location Monday, August 3. Both medical offices are located on the first floor of Hammond-Henry Hospital at 600 N. College Avenue, Geneseo, IL.

The new HHH Medical Group - Geneseo location, Suite 120, within the hospital, continues to offer patients the convenience of hospital services such as laboratory, imaging, rehabilitation and access to general surgery, orthopedic surgery, cardiology and many other specialty services. The phone number 309.944.1275 will not change.
