The 2019 Fall Regulatory Agenda for each US Government Agency has been published by the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The Agenda includes several school nutrition program Proposed and Final Rules.

H.4218 requires all public schools with 60% or more students eligible for free or reduced-price meals to offer breakfast after the bell.
