COVID-19 Emergency Assistance Bill Could Affect IEPs and 504 Plans

A COVID-19 emergency assistance bill was introduced in the United States Congress by Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. Pages 230-231 contain language that directs the Secretary of Education to come back in 30 days with a list of waivers needed for Congress to provide under IDEA and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
