Emergency Rule for Voluntary COVID-19 Vaccinations of ALF Staff and Residents

On December 1, 2020, the Agency for Health Care Administration issued Emergency Rule 59AER20-014, requiring mandatory entry for Authorized Representatives into the facility for the purpose of conducting voluntary COVID-19 staff and resident vaccinations.
 
CDC Pharmacy Partnership for Long-Term Care Programs 
Assisted living facilities that have not already enrolled in the CDC Pharmacy Partnership for Long-Term Care Program must enroll online in the 'Vaccines' section at: http://ahca.myflorida.com/COVID-19_Facilities.shtml#facility no later than 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2020, including completion of all required information and pharmacy selection, and facilitate arrangements for residents and staff to voluntarily receive the COVID-19 vaccine, including making off-shift staff available at the facility for vaccinations.
