Coordinator's Corner

Welcome back to those of you who were able to enjoy a break this summer! I am so excited to introduce our newest staff member, Hope Hardin-Borbely. Hope joins ILTPP as our Marketing Specialist, and brings with her an extensive background in design and marketing - we are so happy to have her on board! Our first big project with Hope on board was redesigning the ILTPP logo. Don't you love it?! 

We also launched our new professional development offerings with the kick-off webinar series that started this Tuesday. Don't worry you still have time to sign up! More details below on that. 

ILTPP is growing and I am really excited for what's to come this school year. There is a lot in the works so make sure you keep checking our emails and bookmark our website!

Kick-off Webinar Series

We are excited to announce a new endeavor for ILTPP - professional development! With support form our vendor partners, ILTPP is offering FREE professional development webinars throughout the month of September. Every Tuesday and Thursday we will feature a new webinar topic, which include Skype in the Classroom, Fundamentals of E-rate 101, Going 1:1 with Google, Asset Management Simplified, and more!
Windows 10 Deployment Workshop

Microsoft will be hosting a Windows 10 Deployment Workshop in Downers Grove on Wednesday, September 21st for ILTPP Members. The workshop is designed to help IT Staff and Administrators in educational institutions understand the new Windows 10 Servicing model as well as learn the different ways Windows 10 can be deployed in the classroom and across the school district.

Zoom Video Communications
New Vendor: Video Conferencing Tool

Zoom and ILTPP are partnering to offer ILTPP Members an exceptional opportunity to purchase Zoom video conferencing software at a very competitive price.

New Vendor Partners

Our newest Vendor Partners have been awarded product lines from the Chromebook Computing Device and Windows Computing Device RFPs. These contracts are available through the vendor directly, and will be available through the ILTPP Online Marketplace soon.

ILTPP is happy to partner with ByteSpeed under the Windows Device Contract.  ByteSpeed has been providing custom-built desktops, laptops, netbooks, and servers for education providers, financial institutions, healthcare facilities, and city and county governments across the nation since 1999.
