A Letter to Our Customers
 
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact every facet of life, I wanted to reach out and update you on how your team here at I-Engineering is handling the situation. Our priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers, families and communities, both in the US and at our Development Center in India.

• At this time, our Shelton, CT Account Managers have been asked to work from home. 
• Employees in our Development Center in India continue to work in the office. However, plans are in place to shift seamlessly to working from home, should that be advised.
• Be assured that the nature of our business and the skill set of our workforce makes the transition to working remotely a smooth one.
• All Implementation Managers, Account Managers & Project Managers continue to deliver the highest levels of service and performance, while providing critical production support. 
• As adjustments are made, the timeline of other deliverables may be impacted. 
• We have postponed our highly anticipated user conference scheduled for May 31 to June 3. The Insider’s Summit will be rescheduled in 2021. 

Finally, our hearts are with those impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. We send our warmest wishes for a full recovery to those who are sick. And, we are grateful to the selfless healthcare workers who make it their mission to care for those in need. 

While these times require us to be physically apart, we are drawn together like never before. On behalf of all of us at I-Engineering, we remain committed to working in partnership with you to traverse this challenging time.
