A Southern Idaho Revitalization Program

Operation Facelift is a regional project created to revitalize areas throughout Southern Idaho, build community pride, and encourage activity and new business development. From a new park bench to a beautiful mural, the annual project encourages Magic Valley cities to complete projects, big or small, to create a better community.

Region IV Development Association's mission is to develop partnerships to promote economic opportunities by acting as a catalyst in providing resources that foster resilient communities across Southern Idaho.
