Green Chile au Gratin Potatoes A new twist on au gratin potatoes with a delicate green Chile flavor and baked to a golden brown.
Winter Salad— Spiced pecans, mandarin oranges, red onion and mozzarella perlini on a bed of lettuce. Served with a strawberry vinaigrette on the side.
