PACKS, TROOPS AND CREWS RETURNING AND MEETING OUTSIDE?

Troop 65 Oxford/Seymour - Held their first Scout meeting on September 16th at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Oxford.  Five youth new youth attended their meeting with many coming from the Webelos program.  Youth arrived wearing face masks and social distanced.  Troop 65 also invaded the beach at Jackson's Cove this weekend.  The two scout youth leaders were in
kayaks borrowed from the Housatonic Council to keep everyone together.

Pack 65 Oxford/Seymour - Had a Joining Night and five new families are interested in joining their Pack.

Pack 14

HOUSATONIC COUNCIL SENDING OUT SIGNALS TO THE COMMUNITY

CUB SCOUT SERVICE PROJECT YARD SIGN - Early this Fall we introduced an Eagle Candidate Project Yard Sign, and we received a number of comments that the Cub Scouts do service projects also, what about something for them. So we listened and
as you can see on the right is the new Cub Scout Service Project Yard Sign. Like the Eagle Candidate Project Yard Signs these are to announce when you are working on your project.
If you see these signs know our Scouts are giving back by "Doing Their Good Turn Daily"
