We are grateful for all counselors do for students! More than 25 high school guidance counselors, from throughout the region as well as schools from the Twin Cities, were on campus last week for the annual high school counselor's appreciation breakfast. They heard about exciting updates at LSC and resources available for prospective and current students.
Academic Deans, Student Services, Admissions and LSC Administrators provided updates and thanked the group for all they do. The integrated manufacturing department set up its virtual welding station, the aviation department offered a chance to fly a plane through its flight simulator, and the massage therapy program offered chair massages by students. Facility tours were also available, including the Eco-Entrepreneurship program’s greenhouses. HawkEye the LSC IceHawk made an appearance as well. Thanks to everyone who helped make the day such a success, especially the admissions team who organized the event.
