One of the pleasures of living in Jonathan’s Landing is our proximity and access to the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. Fully 20% of the residences in JL have a boat dock or direct saltwater access.

There are several boat docking facilities in Jonathan’s Landing for the other 80% who may own or want to own a boat and keep it in JL. One of the best kept secrets is the availability of boat slips at the Dock at the Anchorage, one of JL’s 27 communities.

There are 49 wet and lift slips at the Anchorage with a preference for JL residents. Several wet slips accommodating boats up to 40’ are presently available. Contact Mike Pitchford the Anchorage Dockmaster at dockmaster.anchorage@gmail.com to take advantage of this amenity
