We are happy to see so many Clubs registering and entering data into the Club Management System – CMS (
www.padcms.org
).
With the deadline to enter items coming up, Friday, November 1, we are getting some emails asking for an extension, due to using a new system. So, we will give Clubs an extension! We will give you through the weekend to enter information into the CMS.
The
NEW DEADLINE
for entering information into the system is, Monday, November 4, 2019.

If you need additional help:
Use the online chat help in the CMS (you must be logged in to your account) – this is available Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm and this Sunday, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Thanks for doing all you can to get your information entered into the system on time and for those that need it you will have a couple of extra days.
PS – Based on feedback we have received from Clubs … the following changes have been made and some important reminders to pay attention to regarding
Pathfinders, Adventurers and Adult Staff
for both ministries:
PATHFINDERS
Pathfinders older than 15 - we have added some options for Pathfinders ages 15-19; you can login to the system to make these changes/updates.
Please choose the category that best fits for these older Pathfinders (ages 15-19): Junior Counselor / Pioneer / Navigator
ADVENTURERS
Changed we are still pending (Clubs will not be penalized for adding these individuals after Nov 4 deadline). We will notify you as soon as they are ready.
Staff Child older than 3 years old – we will add a role – Staff Child (non-Adventurer)
Staff” that are not adults (Pathfinders or other minors – kids ages 10-17 helping as staff) – we will added a role – Staff – Minor (ages 10-17)
ADULT STAFF
– please read the following carefully.
Any adult listed as a Staff Member MUST have completed their Sterling Volunteer Online Training and Background Check by the Deadline – now November 4, 2019.
Any staff member in the system and NOT cleared by November 4, will disqualify your Club from having met this requirement, and thus, from achieving Club of the Year.
NO CLUB should have Staff active in the Club as Staff without being cleared as “eligible” by Sterling Volunteer and verified by the Club Director/Secretary at any time or for any reason.
