A Message from our President:
Happy Halloween!

Has your vehicle gotten a seasonal checkup lately? Most people only think to prepare their vehicle for winter, but as fall continues, we’re in for shorter days, leaves falling to the roads and increased chances of rain and fog – all conditions that can make for a dangerous commute.

So, what can you do? Continue reading to find out (391 words).

Sincerely,
Martin "Marty" Schwartz
Does Your Vehicle Need an Oil Change?
Hear from Sean Howard, foreman for Vehicles for Change about 3 simple steps to know when your vehicle needs an oil change.

Are you due for service? Visit either of our Full Circle Auto Repair & Training Center locations for a $10 conventional oil change up to 5 quarts!

Fun fact: Did you know Sean is a graduate of our Full Circle training program which was featured earlier this year in the Washington Post ?
Recipient Spotlights: Talia & Dawn
Congratulations, Talia!

Before this week, Talia and her daughter, Elizabeth, relied on public transportation to get to where they needed to go. Talia works as a Protective Security Officer in Prince George's County and would need to get Elizabeth up and ready for school at 5:00 each morning. After dropping Elizabeth off, Talia then had to rush to the train to make it to work on time - something that wasn't always guaranteed.

Now, thanks to her newly awarded Ford Escape, Talia can spend more time with her daughter and even enroll her in dance lessons! Talia's next step in her career? Earning a higher security clearance so she can get a better paying job!
Congratulations, Dawn!

Dawn, a mother of two and soon-to-be first-time grandmother, received the keys to her Hyundai Sonata earlier this week during our Solve Up event at Tesla in Owings Mills.

She is a yard jockey for a medical waste facility where she gets to drive tractor trailers. To get to work, Dawn would have to take 3 buses and a subway, which would take up to an hour and a half...

Well, not any longer. With her Sonata, Dawn will get to work in just 20 minutes! With her own transportation, Dawn can work extra shifts and overtime to better provide for her family. She'll also have more time to invest in herself. What's on her horizon? Adult ballet lessons and pottery classes!
YOU can help families like Talia's and Dawn's but donating your old car, truck or van to Vehicles for Change. Learn how here !
