• Meet the Teacher Day! - We are so excited to welcome students back! Meet the Teacher Day will be Tuesday, September 29th during the below times. There will be NO ZOOM CLASSES on this day. In order to manage parking and keeping a safe amount of physical distancing, please come during your assigned time. Masks are required.
• 2:00 – 3:00pm: Last Names Beginning A - D
• 3:15 – 4:15pm: Last Names Beginning E- L
• 4:30 – 5:30pm: Last Names Beginning M - R
• 5:45 – 6:45pm: Last Names Beginning S - Z

• Visitor Policy - Due to Covid-19, parents are NOT able to escort students to classrooms during the school day. Families are required to use the Drop Off line. No parents will be allowed on campus to take students to classrooms. Make sure you attend the above Meet the Teacher Day so your student knows where their class is!

• Information Night Presentation - You can access the Information Night PowerPoint here from Mrs. Kane. Please review for specifics around Covid-19 safety, Arrival, Dismissal, and important reminders.

• Zoom Office Hours - In order for teachers and staff to prepare for students' return, there will be only Zoom Office hours at the following times this Monday and Wednesday. Tuesday, there will be NO Zoom hours as we will be preparing for Meet the Teacher Night.

• Chromebook Return - If you have borrowed a Chromebook and are an ON CAMPUS student, please return the Chromebook during the below times:
• September 28 - 8am - 4pm
• September 29 - 11am - 7pm
• September 30 - 8am - 4pm

• Start Date - We come back to Campus on October 1st for all of our On Campus Students!

• Arrival/Dismissal Plan - Make sure you have reviewed the Arrival/Dismissal Plan for October 1st! You can find it here.

• Dismissal Card - If you did not receive your Dismissal Card, please contact Ms. Myers at mmyers@amsglendale.org. This will be needed for October 1st!

• Student School Supplies - School Supply Lists can be found here! Feel free to drop off supplies at the front office, during the Meet the Teacher Night, or on the first day of school.

• Updated School Calendar - Due to the On Campus start date being pushed back, you can find here the most up to date school calendar. Thank you for your flexibility.

• Attendance Attestation Forms - Make sure to complete your Attendance Attestation Form for this week in SchoolMint!

• NCLB Forms - Please complete the NCLB Form on SchoolMint if you have not yet done so. This is how the school receives funding to be able to serve your child.

• Lunch Applications - We must collect 100% of lunch applications! Once you submit your lunch application, your student will not be charged to eat. Please make sure to turn yours in today!

• Extended Care Sign Up - If you are in need of Morning Care (6:00am - 7:15am) or After Care (daily after dismissal until 6:00pm), please come to the Front Office to complete an application. Payment is due prior to your student being able to attend. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Quintana at mquintana@amsglendale.org.

• ¡Conoce el Día del Maestro! - ¡Estamos muy emocionados de dar la bienvenida a los estudiantes nuevamente! El día para conocer al maestro será el martes 29 de septiembre durante los horarios que se indican a continuación. NO HABRÁ CLASES DE ZOOM en este día. • Formularios de Atestación de Asistencia - ¡Asegúrese de completar su Formulario de Atestación de Asistencia para esta semana en SchoolMint!

• Formularios NCLB: complete el formulario NCLB en SchoolMint si aún no lo ha hecho. Así es como la escuela recibe fondos para poder atender a su hijo/a.

• Solicitudes de almuerzo - ¡Debemos recolectar el 100% de las solicitudes de almuerzo! Una vez que envíe su solicitud de almuerzo, a su estudiante no se le cobrará por comer. ¡Asegúrese de entregar el suyo hoy mismo!

• Registro de Cuidados Prolongados - Si necesita Cuidados Matutinos (6:00am - 7:15am) o Después del Cuidado (diariamente después del despido hasta las 6:00pm), por favor venga a la Oficina de Recepción para completar una solicitud.
