I hope everyone is planning to have a fabulous Labor Day Weekend. Sometime during this long weekend please take a moment to get to know Court of Criminal Appeals Judge Kevin Yeary. Hopefully you'll never have to have a case before this court because along with the Supreme Court of Texas it is the highest appellate court in Texas, except they hear criminal appeals while the Supreme Court hears civil appeals.
Judge Yeary is among a select group of statewide elected officials on the ballot this year. But while this critical office is one of our few statewide elected positions on the ballot, it's further down, after several other federal and state offices. So I hope this week's Talking with TAD educates you on our critical judicial offices in Texas and also serves as a reminder about how important it is to COMPLETE YOUR BALLOT this year. Please remember that we won't have the option to vote straight ticket Republican this year so voting RIGHT down the ballot will be important not just for Judge Yeary, but many other extremely important offices that Republicans must win in 2020.

President Trump Lays Out Clear 2nd Term Vision in RNC Acceptance Speech |

Building on the phenomenal success of his first four years in office, President Trump laid out a clear agenda for a second term during his nomination acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention on Thursday. Capping a convention in which viewers heard from real Americans whose lives have been improved by Trump policies, the President drew a clear roadmap for four more years of achievements on behalf of all citizens.
President Trump’s record and plans for the future further illustrate the stark contrast between his optimism and vision and Joe Biden’s 47 years of failure in Washington and destructive proposals crafted by the extreme left. Over the coming weeks, the President will be sharing additional details about his plans through policy-focused speeches on the campaign trail.

Our Great American Comeback Continues
The August jobs report is further proof the Great American Comeback is under way thanks to President Trump. This jobs report is Joe Biden’s worst nightmare and if he had his way, he would tax and bankrupt our country and bring this recovery to a screeching halt. President Trump is the man to continue leading our Great American Comeback.
Bottom Line:
Friday’s jobs report garnered praise from the media and economic experts who all agreed it’s a big win for American workers. On November 3, voters will remember President Trump built the greatest economy in the world and is doing so again.

President Trump is the Law and Order Candidate
President Trump is the only candidate in this race promoting law and order, and has offered resources to help protect our communities. Sadly, we have seen many Democrat-led cities taken over by radical left-wing mob, and Joe Biden and the Democrat Party have been slow to condemn. With President Trump in the White House, our communities will be safer and our brave law enforcement officials will be supported.
Bottom line:
Joe Biden is a tool of the radical left and would not help keep our communities safe. Joe Biden has called for “redirecting” police funding and endorsed the Biden-Bernie manifesto calling for “reimagining the police” and ending cash bail for criminals. President Trump is promoting law and order and will always stand with our law enforcement officials.
