Though we are challenged individually and collectively in this unusual time, we are also blessed. Blessed with family and friends. Blessed with shelter and food. Blessed with a healthy body and with adequate care for those acute or chronic issues that may arise. Blessed with what is essential for safety, health and happiness. Blessed with practices that sustain us even though life is not proceeding according any plan we could have imagined.

Please know that I am blessed with and by this community ... every day! I am blessed by YOU! My heart's deepest desire is to cultivate and nurture wellness, peace, ease and spaciousness in myself and in the world. Teaching yoga and mindfulness practices is one of the ways I fulfill that heartfelt desire. It is all and only possible because of YOU.

After more than a decade, you are still coming to class ... once in a blue moon or several times a week. Yoga for Life closed its studio space, moved to Online Classes and now meets daily in your living room (or garage or office). And you are still committed to practice and coming to class. Such abundance!
