The City of Moreno Valley has launched its MoVal Neighbors website, a private on-line social network for neighborhoods.  Using technology developed by Nextdoor.com and based on established elementary school attendance boundaries, the City created 27 MoVal Neighbors websites.  MoVal Neighbors websites enable neighbor-to-neighbor communication and build stronger, safer communities.
