End of Year Prep

At KEA, our end of year prep starts in July. We know about where we can expect to end up financially. We’ve done our mid-year reviews. We’re reinforcing what worked (this year it was to drive an internal focus on shoring up our infrastructure) plus learning (and hopefully laughing a little) about what didn’t work in the first half of 2019.

Where our heads are for the next four months is dreaming and scheming about our 2020 plans as well as our longer-term goals. This blog is one of those dreams. Hopefully you will find it valuable or at least entertaining to hear my thoughts on the industry, exciting KEA updates, and my perspective on dealership operations as well as my journey leading KEA Advisors.
