News from
DOGGIE DINER
Hello Everyone!
As reported in the last newsletter, the Doggie Diner project is currently on hold. Due to the Coronavirus, there is no news or pending information to report.
Our Web site and Doggie Diner Memorabilia Store is OPEN and available at doggiediner.info. All revenue generated helps continue our project.
In this issue of Doggie Diner News, we are going on a trip to visit Doggie Diner's nostalgic past and present. It is always fun to see images of how Doggie Diner is still a part of the San Francisco Bay Area.
In tribute to our #1 fan, Zippy the Pinhead - I have added several more Doggie Head inspired strips from America's greatest cartoonist - Bill Griffith.
And you will find more strange, unique, and amazing Doggie Diner inspired art images too. Enjoy!
For the next issue of Doggie Diner News, I plan to write an article on how I located and purchased my own Doggie Head mascot sign. Even though this Doggie Head was much loved by his prior owner, his Doggie Head was hurting from years of neglect and damage. It took over 10 months of restoration to bring this Doggie back to "beautiful" and ready to enjoy his new life. This should be an interesting story. From start to finish, this mission took me 10 years to accomplish.
Don't be shy to share any past Doggie Diner memory with us. We want to hear your stories!
My business partners and I wish all Doggie Diner fans, good health and safety during these challenging times.
BE SAFE, BE HEALTHY
