HOLIDAY TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY
Friday, Dec. 7 at 6 p.m.  Be part of this annual event when the Broomfield community welcomes the arrival of Santa Claus and lights up the tree at the George Di Ciero City and County Building. Bundle up and share in the Holiday Cheer!  More info...

HOLIDAY GIVING
Game for Giving - B ring a $20 or $40 cash or credit card donation to either the Paul Derda Recreation Center or Broomfield City Hall to receive a game voucher to a Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, or Colorado Mammoth game. You can also receive a voucher for participating in the Giving Tree program! The Giving Tree - Pick a gift-wish tag from a local child at a Broomfield Giving Tree, then SHOP and DROP off your gift at Broomfield City Hall before the deadline on the tag.  Find Giving Trees at City Hall and Paul Derda Recreation Center. Each completed tag will get you a FREE ticket voucher to a Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets or Colorado Mammoth game. 

THE BAREFOOT MOVEMENT HOLIDAY SHOW
Wednesday, Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. at the Broomfield Auditorium. Enjoy acoustic renditions of classic season favorites like  Chuck Berry's "Run Run Rudolph" to Perry Como's "It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas" and emotional takes on the more tender songs of the season like "Oh Holy Night" and "Hark The Herald Angels Sing." Admission: $10 in advance, $15 at the door.  Buy tickets! 

HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE - BROOMFIELD LIBRARY
Saturday, Dec. 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Celebrate the holiday season with the Broomfield Library & Cultural Affairs! Enjoy cookies and live music in the lobby and discover fun crafts for children, teens, and adults throughout the library! FREE!

PUBLIC MEETING - POSSIBLE WATER RATE INCREASE
You are invited to a public hearing during the City Council Meeting regarding a possible 2% water bill rate increase. The meeting is scheduled for Dec. 11, 2018 at 6 p.m. at the George Di Ciero City and County Building.  Can't make the meeting? Please  submit your feedback  on the proposal.

MODERNIZED MAPPING TOOLS FOR PARCEL AND FLOODPLAIN SEARCHES
Check out the new, modernized mapping tools for Parcel and Floodplain searches are now available on the city's website which offer improved search capabilities, real-time updates and a better user-experience on all devices. These replace outdated systems that will be decommissioned mid-December.
