Paragon Connect - Sharing Listings
See how easy it is to share listings to your clients via email or texting while using Paragon Connect. Once you share the link and the client clicks on it, it will open the listing(s) up using the Collaboration Center and they will be able to view the full details of the listing(s) using ConnectView.
MiRealSource will be “Soft Launching” Paragon Connect this week.. Users on mobile devices will be able to decide between standard Paragon or Paragon Connect. The screenshot below is the welcome screen on a mobile device. REMEMBER, this is in addition to standard Paragon and not a replacement. Also note, Paragon Connect access will be available under RESOURCES in SEM Paragon MLS.
Adding Paragon Connect to your Device Home Screen

Adding an icon to your phone for Paragon Connect is now even easier! Learn how to use a QR code to access Paragon Connect on your phone/tablet and add it as an icon on your screen. You'll always have access to Paragon Connect when you need it!
A few highlight of what you can do:
  1. It works in conjunction with Collab Center and other third party integrations.
  2. You can text listings! And that’s with a photo, not just a link.
  3. Client Centric: provides you with details about your buyer and seller activity.
  4. Same Database: Same saved searches, etc.

Time is money when it comes to managing showings, especially in today's competitive market. 
 
SentriKey® Chat, available at all SentriKey Showing Service® tiers and on both web and app, lets you connect directly, quickly, and easily on a listing! Never miss an important message again – or waste valuable time tracking down an agent's email or phone number.
HOW TO CREATE A NEW CHAT

From your desktop:

  • Click on the SentriKey® Chat icon – the blue chat icon with three dots in the center, located in the upper-right of your SentriKey® Real Estate screen. Tap "New Chat."
  • Search by listing address, agent name, or MLS number. 
  • Tap the "Start New Chat" button. A window pops up so you can type your message.
  • Press the "Send" or arrow button. Done!
From your mobile device:

  • Click the blue chat icon with three dots in the center, located at the bottom of your SentriKey® Real Estate phone screen. Then tap the "+" icon.
  • Search by listing address, agent name, or MLS number.  
  • Begin typing your message.

(In each scenario, you can type up to 1,000 characters, including emojis. 😀)

HOW TO RESPOND TO A CHAT

From your desktop or mobile device:

  • The SentriKey® Chat icon – the blue icon with three dots in the center, located at the bottom of your SentriKey® Real Estate phone screen or in the upper-right of your SentriKey® Real Estate screen – displays the number of unread messages.
  • Click the icon to access. Chats are grouped based on a specific listing, with the most recent chat first. Any unread chats will be highlighted. 
  • If you're the showing agent: You'll only see chats between the listing agent and yourself, not all chats for the specific listing.
  • If you're the listing agent: You'll see all chats for that listing. 
  • Select the chat, and then type and send your response.


SentriKey® Chat will send you push notifications and emails to let you know when you have a new message, so you'll always be in the know!

As of March 2021, SentriLock began phasing out the use of physical SentriLock cards. We are no longer providing physical SentriLock cards for new SentriLock users, or replacement cards for existing users. All SentriLock users will need to use the SentriKey Real Estate App by January 1, 2022 to take advantage of the SentriLock System. Click here for additional information.
