SEPTEMBER 4, 2020
Dear St. Louis Families,
Thank you for a successful week. We are grateful for your patience and flexibility as we continue to make adjustments to processes. Everything is new to you and to us—in a lot of ways, we are building the plane as we fly it, and that does present challenges, but know that we are persevering. Seeing your children’s smiles and hearing their laughter this week was a huge bonus for us.
We are looking forward to a full instructional week next week and getting more of our students back into the classroom. Morning prayers will be 8:30am daily and you may join us if you are remote/virtual:

Running through the new processes this week has allowed us to troubleshoot some areas. We need to make a couple of tweaks to our processes---during morning drop off you may not let students out at the JP2 building or in the circle. Please pull all the way forward to Mrs. Hahler’s sign at the end of the sidewalk even if you only have middle school students; they can walk back to the JP2 building. This will allow us to let more students out at one time safely and get more cars off of Popkins Lane. Also, please ensure that your child has the Health Screening form in hand as he/she exits the car. This way we will be able to catch you before you drive off if it has been missed. We will continue to use this form and hand it in daily until SchoolPass is ready.
I wish you all a blessed Labor Day weekend!
Peace,
Anne M. Dyke
Principal
