Calling ALL Scouts! Popcorn Sales Have Begun! Download the Mobile App Now!
Continuing this week, the Pacific Skyline Council has elected to cover 100% of all shipping costs of orders over $40, which is a huge saving for your unit and should increase your unit sales! Sell early and sell often--we do not know how long the free shipping will last!

Scouts can start selling popcorn right now! Download the Trail's End app by texting APP to 62771. The Direct-to-Consumer model - which allows for social distancing - is up and running! Direct-to-Consumer sales are popped fresh and mailed right to the customer's home! This is a great time for top sellers to get ahead of the game, and everyone can ask their Aunts and Uncles, Neighbors and Best Friends right now!

Unit Leaders: Very little leader management is needed this year to organize the popcorn sale! If your pack or troop has never sold before, this is the year to give it a try! Free shipping directly to the customer and no handling of products! The Pacific Skyline Council needs every unit to fundraise with popcorn this year especially since we've had to cancel most of our in-person programs this year. We are asking every Scout in our council to sell a few popcorn items this year! Funds raise support your unit, council camping properties, and our ScoutReach program!

Scouts, dream BIG and you can earn any prize you want with an Amazon gift card! Some Scouts are aiming to buy game systems, kayaks, and even cars! While it's true that we have challenging times, there is still a lot of community support for the BSA and a chance for big sales this year! Trail's End is proving around the country that Scouts can still sell $1,000 with only eight hours of work. Text MYPLAN to 62771 or click here to download the plan. You can sell even if the rest of your troop or pack doesn't, email Tom Kenney and he'll help you get signed up.

Win Big by Updating Your Pin!

It's more important than ever that your pack update their pin on BeAScout.org and accept online applications! This functionality is easily turned on by a member of the Pack Key 3 at my.scouting.org by clicking on the Organization Manager. COR's can now designate a registered member of the pack to approve adult applications. The online system will collect all national and council fees. This means you will not have to bring any paperwork or fees to the office. We are encouraging every pack to begin using this functionality as the only way for new members to join! Full details here. Updating your unit pin now will make your unit eligible to win big! Click for details

Cub Scout Adventure Boxes--Yea or Nay?

Your Support is Needed Now More Than Ever!

"Be Prepared" is our motto and there is no better time to financially support Pacific Skyline Council and help live out the motto. This is the time of year that our families typically participate in the annual Friends of Scouting (FOS) campaign. FOS is our council's single largest direct source of income. 100% of the money raised through our Friends of Scouting campaign benefits the Scouts and Leaders right here locally in PacSky. We know these are unique and challenging times for many, but please help if you can. If you have already given to Friends of Scouting this year, thank you! If not, please consider making your online FOS gift right now. $250 supports one Scout for one year in the program but a gift of any amount is very much appreciated. There has never been a time in the history of the Boy Scouts that a monetary gift will be so impactful and so critically needed. Thank you for your kind consideration!

3 Easy Ways to Support Scouting:
  1. Make a Friends of Scouting 2020 donation (button below).
  2. Check with your employer about a Matching Gift, or click here.
  3. Make sure that you submit your Scouting Volunteer hours if your employer has a "Dollars for Doers" program.
