Also, we send congratulations and thanks to the Newport Charter Yacht Show for another great event, June 17-20! The American Yacht Charter Association ran their yearly seminar with a wide range of yacht industry presenters. The NYCS created the theme Sustainable Luxury for the 2019 Chef's Competition and supplied some "surprise ingredients" to which chef's added their own.

This year's entries are credited with raising the bar for all yacht chef's competitions in the categories of food, cocktails, spa water, tablescaping and general joie de vivre.
