Parking is first come first served and is available at the university's various lots. Please provide enough time to find parking.

An Evening with

City of Monrovia's City Manager, Oliver Chi

The Southern California Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA) is pleased to present a professional networking event discussion in partnership with the California State University - Los Angeles, Department of Political Science.

Join us for an informal evening of discussion about leadership, public service and other interesting topics with Monrovia’s City Manager, Mr. Oliver Chi. This is a unique opportunity to meet other professionals, students and academics in the field of public administration as well as meet our special guest in an informal setting. The evening includes a hosted hors d’oeuvres reception.

Since 2014, Oliver has been the City Manager of the City of Monrovia. He previously served as as the Assistant City Manager of the City of Barstow.

Oliver will assume the duties of City Manager of the City of Huntington Beach later this year. He holds a bachelor's degree from UCLA and a Masters' in Public Administration from USC.

Seating is very limited and expected to sell out quickly - early registration is encouraged.
