Farewell Jason Pierce & Family
Long-time Pond Hockey Club Coach Leaving For Colorado

The Pond Hockey Club family would like to say thank you and bid a fond farewell to Jason Pierce and his family.

Jason Pierce was recruited by Jamie Matthews to help run the youth programming at the Pond Hockey Club back in 2012. Since then Jason has positively impacted countless players and their families.

Over the years Jason did everything from running hockey camps, coaching travel teams, driving the Zamboni, to sharpening skates. The past two seasons he took on a more active roll with the AMHL and has overseen the 12U and 14U divisions.

Jason helped create an environment of caring and sportsmanship while focusing on helping our youth players reach their true hockey potential.

The entire Austin Metro Hockey community will miss him.

Good luck in Boulder, Colorado Jason, Brandy, and Keegan!
