Master of School Administration (MSA) Information Session
Is becoming a school leader among your professional goals? Are you passionate about being an educator? Do you have at least three years of teaching experience? If so, East Carolina University has an opportunity in which you may be interested.
ECUβs master of school administration (MSA) program in educational leadership is designed to prepare individuals to become school leaders. Program studies are aligned with the North Carolina School Executive (NCSE) standards and include strategic planning, problem solving, instructional leadership, managerial leadership, political analysis, organizational theory and development, and leadership skill application. The MSA encourages and supports students to serve as problem-solvers, communicators, innovators, collaborators, and change agents as they immerse themselves in service-learning experiences at their respective schools.
The program benefits include part-time study that is delivered hybrid face-to-face at an off-campus partner location (i.e.; school, district office, etc.) and online. This means ECU faculty come to you for classes. Craven County Schools is proud to partner with ECU to host this program in our district to make it easier for great teachers to become great leaders.
