This award-winning documentary will be screened at the Seymour Library on Tuesday, March 29th at 6:30 PM, 161 East Avenue, Brockport 14420. Members of the Youth Group of Rural & Migrant Ministry created the film after years of fighting for the DREAM Act. The film captures the pressing need for reform in immigration laws. One of the “Dreamers” featured in the film will be present for a panel discussion afterward. The event is free to the public. It is sponsored by collaboration between Rural & Migrant Ministry and Brockport Ecumenical Outreach Committee. First Universalist Church has supported Rural & Migrant Ministry through plate offerings. Contact Connie Valk ([email protected]) for more information, or for transportation to the event.
