This Week's Service:
How Much is Enough?

I have 3 jars of peanut butter in my pantry, is this enough? My 401k is funded to x level, is this enough? I have 27 pairs of footwear, is this enough? How will I know? What might I give away, and how can I tell? Rev. Martha Munson

This Week's Drop-In Discussion: Maximizer or Satisficer. In this discussion, we will explore the idea of Maximizer or Satisficer presented in American psychologist Barry Schwartz's 2004 book, "The Paradox of Choice - Why More Is Less." How do we go about making choices in our everyday life? Are we driven to get the best quality or best price or do we simply buy what we need when we find it? Facilitated by David Damico.

Stewardship 2014: Money 101

Please join us for Money 101 this Sunday, March 23, at 12:15 PM in the Adult Lounge.

What is Stewardship?  How is money used at First Universalist Church?    How do I know how much to pledge?  How can I support the church if I don't have much money?

Join Rev. Munson and Stewardship leaders for a short session as they walk you through some basic information about finances at First Universalist. Perfect for newer members and friends, or those who would like a refresher about how the whole thing works.
