If you close your eyes, do you feel it in the air? Another season of change is upon us.
School is back in session and we immerse ourselves into adjusting to new schedules, new environments, and new undertakings. Some roads feel familiar, and others brand new. Whichever path you are traveling, embrace the adventure of it all and look for growth in all things! The Legacy Center is here to facilitate with our new Fall Offerings.

SKILLS PRACTICE: READING, LANGUAGE, COMMUNICATION
We've always believed in the power and necessity for our community of diverse learners to have access (and opportunity!) to develop, acquire, and grow skills related to reading, language, and communication. Whether on an academic track or a life skills focus, these fundamental skills are essential for any young person.
Enrollment is now open for after school and weekend tutoring.
No cost assessments are available as space allows for our Fall enrollment.

A SUMMER OF FOND MEMORIES
A great big "Thank You" to the LC Leadership Team for a fun-filled summer of Virtual Travel and Cultural Exploration.
5 Weeks of Camp, Socials, and Community Programs.
It was a very busy summer at the Legacy Center! From June until just a week ago and the end of summer camp, our Leadership Team has been dedicating time and effort to designing and delivering a meaningful and in-depth summer curriculum with themed weeks looking at the culture, history, geography and innovations of the USA, China, Mexico, Italy and Israel. It was an immersive experience for all as we learned how much we DIDN'T know about each of these countries, their heritage, arts, religion, and food (yes, we did cook some cultural dishes!). Fitness (thank you ZOOZ Fitness!) was part of our general curriculum as was reading, language and communication (RLC), along with Art, Cooking, Gardening and Games. New friendships blossomed and existing ones deepened in meaning.
