RCF Brings FitSteps for Life to Fort Worth
Research has proven that cancer patients who exercise during and after treatment have better outcomes. In collaboration with UNT Health Science Center, Rutledge Cancer Foundation helped bring the FitSteps for Life cancer exercise program to Fort Worth area patients. Clinical Exercise Specialists work directly with each patient to provide an individualized exercise prescription designed to educate, support and give hope to each participant. FitSteps welcomes anyone, of any age, with a previous or current cancer diagnosis and a referral
from a physician.
