TRAINING & EDUCATION

November 21, 2019 | 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
"Preparing for the 2020 Elections"
with David Oxenford, Wilkinson Barker Knauer LLP
& Bobby Baker, FCC
2020 is bound to be a very active year for political broadcasting. Who do you have to sell advertising time to? How much can you charge? What paperwork do you need to retain? Who is watching what you do, and what issues are likely to arise in the coming election?
Course Description:  Without a need, don't proceed. This should be ingrained in your sales psyche. You can't force a need onto a customer. You can't charm them into thinking they have a need that you can meet. Your job is to determine what the customer needs and insert that into your sales process, if you're able. Let's take a look at how to determine what exactly the customer needs. We'll discuss the psychology of a sale, increasing revenue versus reducing expenses, and what you should be doing to successfully meet your customers' needs.   Click here to log in and watch this course.

Support: For questions, support or additional information please contact our amazing support team by email at
support@p1learning.com or by phone at (888) 944-9377.

Don't miss out on your opportunity for free, online training as an MAB member! More information here.

As the holidays approach, you can use it to give your fans a special opportunity to hear these uncommon interactions.  Read More
