How would you describe life as a psychic
Life as a psychic is the most natural life I can imagine. I live by my intuition. I make a to-do list every day but I stay flexible because I really don't know what the day might bring. I love my work and I love my clients, they mean the world to me. I "work" every day but it is very fulfilling to be of service to others and I love the interaction so there is a lot of fun as well. Honestly, after all these years, I still can't believe this is what I do for a living.
My job is more than answering questions and moving energy. I feel it is important to give people tools, practices and information to use on their own. I am a teacher to the bone, I just can't help myself.
I never tell people that I am a psychic, I think it invites images of Madam Zora and questions like "what am I thinking?" If they ask, I tell them I am a spiritual counselor.
What do you consider to be your strongest assets or gifts? The favorite tool you like to use (if any).
I am a clairvoyant intuitive I work with the chakra system - Clairvoyantly I see energy, I am also directed by feelings in my body, I get information intuitively and release energy that is not beneficial to my client. That release is healing.
I would love to use a modality like the tarot, and I've tried but felt like I was tripping over my own feet. So I would say neutrality is the most important tool I use because it allows me to be the observer of what is going on for my clients without being pulled in emotionally. It is my job to identify what is happening, move energy if necessary, but most of all, help them realize their own power. That is the most important thing I can do.
Favorite Authors: My favorite authors are Joel S. Goldsmith, Eknath Easwaran, and Ervin Seale. I have not read a novel in years but when I did Anne Rice was my favorite author.
Favorite Movie: Stigmata, The Gift and The Milagro Beanfield War
Favorite Musician: Stevie Wonder, Etta James and Bryan Ferry, . I love Motown, the blues and 80's alternative music.
How do you keep a positive attitude when you often talk to people who are down on their luck or in painful situations?
I ground and clear my energy but the most important thing in my life and work is meditation. Connection with Spirit helps me to keep everything else in perspective.l
What's the last song you asked your smart device to play for you?
Larry Starry Night by Lianne La Havas
What's Your Sign and what Sign would you hope to "come back" as? Pisces - Taurus - Taurus! or maybe Sagittarius
What's right with the world? Displays of kindness and selfless generosity that occur more often than we might think and my three beautiful grandchildren.
Tell us something very few people know about you!
I have been baptized three times - insurance is a good thing :)
I went skydiving once which was one of the best experiences of my life and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Lastly, leave us with your favorite quote, life philosophy, or guiding principle.
My conscious oneness with God constitutes my oneness with all spiritual beings, ideas and things. That which I seek, I already am. Joel S. Goldsmith

Monday January 24 through Sunday January 30
Astrological Highlights for the week: Mars marches into Capricorn on Monday; Mercury retrogrades back into Capricorn on Tuesday; Mercury joins Pluto on Friday; Saturday Venus stations direct; and the Sun squares Uranus on Sunday.
News flash: Capricorn is taking back management of the cosmos. Even though the Sun entering Aquarius last week opened the door to the season of Aquarius, we are not quite ready to jump ahead. On Monday, Mars leaves fun-loving Sagittarius and pulls our attention back to work and productivity as it enters grounded and patient Capricorn. Retrograding Mercury is in a similar mind-set as it retrogrades into Capricorn on Tuesday. By the weekend, the Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Pluto are all checked into the Capricorn Resort and Hotel. And trust me when I tell you the Business Center is equipped and open 24/7. With Venus ending her retrograde on Saturday we can also expect the restaurant to be full and extracurricular activities are back on the menu.
Since Mars is the newcomer to this pattern, let’s talk about motivation and action. Mars represents what is extroverted about our personalities. It’s how we assert ourselves into the world, motivate, inspire, and act. Capricorn is the sign of productivity, and indeed when Mars focuses our attention here, we are highly driven even to the point of being workaholics. The effect may not be immediate on Monday, but the speed will build quickly. We will start to notice a stronger identification with our jobs, profession, commitments, and achievements. We may become aware of a need to be more assertive and involved with responsibilities. This extends to commitments to home and family.
Although Mars in Capricorn has management drive and can be a team player, Capricorn leans toward working alone and self-sufficiency. Mars here is patient, devoted, cautious, and takes a step-by-step approach to success at both work and in personal matters. We don’t want to be pushed or hurried and we don’t mind going it alone. Capricorn has a strong need to prove, mostly to himself, that he is worthy.
Mars is an important influence on partnership and especially in the realm of intimate relationships. As the planet of drive and desire, Mars resonates with sexuality. Don’t be fooled by the cool, reserved, and business-like demeanor. He likes to be in control, so we may not fully appreciate the intensity of desire and feelings if we are only looking superficially. And remember, Capricorn is a long-term planner. He’s in it for the duration. Whether it’s a relationship or a business opportunity, Mars in Capricorn matures and gets better over time.
Put this in the context of Venus in Capricorn finishing a retrograde pattern. We may find relationships that have stalled, receive an infusion of energy. Commitment is back on the table in February, especially with Mercury also ending a retrograde on February third. But remember, these important retrograde patterns give us the opportunity to review and evaluate what we want and what’s important. Moving forward probably requires significant changes and adjustments. We don’t just pick up where we left off.
This is also the last week of the lunar cycle. We are ready to clutter clear, take out the trash, recycle, and repurpose what isn’t working in our lives. Listen carefully to the messages and revelations you are receiving. Set a goal, decide a strategy, and make a plan. That’s Capricorn’s way.
Until next week, let go and wear loose clothes.

January 24
Moon in Libra/Scorpio
Mars enters Capricorn 4:53am
The Moon Goes Void, of Course, 2:10pm enters Scorpio 7:57pm
|
There is a shift in the air today as Mars, the planet of motivation and action, leaves freedom loving-Sagittarius and enters conscientious Capricorn. This is the sign of productivity, and indeed when Mars focuses our attention here, we are highly driven even to the point of being workaholics. The effect may not be immediate, but we will start to notice a stronger identification with our jobs, profession, commitments, and achievements. You may become aware of a need to be more active and pro-active concerning responsibilities. This extends to promises to home and family.
Under the influence of a peace-loving Libra Moon we are in a cooperative mood today and are motivated to put our differences aside. Despite our intentions and efforts, a cranky lunar square to Pluto in Capricorn this afternoon suggests we may fail in some of our efforts to mediate or bring people together. Avoid getting pushy, discouraged, or judgmental if others aren’t willing to be as receptive as we want. Accept what is and allow others to come to their own conclusions.
Tonight, the Moon dips into introspective Scorpio. At first the emotional intensity moves in what we feel is a positive direction with the Moon forming a supporting sextile to Mars. Later when Luna squares retrograding Mercury in Aquarius, we can’t seem to find agreement with others on anything. Disagreements are likely, but if we can remember differences of opinion are not personal attacks, (they just feel this way) we’ll be better off. Withdrawing into your own private world may feel like the most productive and satisfying thing to do.
Daily Muse: I have been up against tough competition all my life. I wouldn't know how to get along without it. (Walt Disney – Mars, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, and Chiron in Capricorn)

January 25
Moon in Scorpio
Mercury enters Capricorn 7:05pm
|
We are introspective and deeply emotional today with the Moon in Scorpio making numerous and contrasting planetary connections. At dawn we transition into the third quarter of the lunar cycle as the Moon squares the Sun in Aquarius. Since both are Fixed Signs, they have an intrinsic tenacity about sticking to their principles. Some would say stubborn, but who are we to judge?
Even if others think we are eccentric or unusual, we’re ok with the labels as Luna slips into a supportive trine to Jupiter in Pisces. How can the world possibly understand the depths of our sensitivity and genius? With the expansive nature of Jupiter, we may even delight in touting the ways we feel unique and different. Although we may feel misunderstood, we tend to interpret this as further evidence we are on top of things and the rest of the world is clueless. This attitude can certainly help us rise above criticism and detach from unfavorable feedback coming our way, but we need to be careful that we don’t become so full of our own importance or cynical of others with differing opinions, that we are unable to hear valuable cautions when we hear them.
Midafternoon, the Moon opposes Uranus in Taurus which encourages us to act out even more if our situation feels too confining or limiting. If someone wants us to act, behave, or speak a certain way and we’re not in the mood to oblige them, there could be friction. Fortunately, a gentle lunar sextile with Venus in Capricorn helps mend disagreements as we find common ground with another in late afternoon.
This evening, retrograding Mercury backs into Capricorn. This is a very grounding energy that helps anchor our thinking. One of the gifts of this review period is the chance to take a second look at something and gain a deeper understanding. Later when the Moon squares Saturn in Aquarius, once again we may go on the offense or defense if we believe we are being judged or disciplined. We might feel intimidated by a simple remark or action. Paraphrasing A Course In Miracles, “beware of the temptation to feel unfairly treated.” With Mercury and Venus still retrograde for a few more days (Venus through late Friday night and Mercury until February 3) we can look with objectivity and insight into our perceptions and challenge automatic reactions. Are they warranted, valid, or most importantly, are they helpful?
Daily Muse: For me to want to be an actor was an improbable idea. I wasn't beautiful or pretty in any conventional way. I wasn't an ingenue at 22. But I was always certain of it and certain of its power. I felt the power when I went to the theater at 9, 10, 12 and 14… I was always trying to make up for my size, to compensate. So to get people to take you seriously, you have to come at things with a great deal of strength. You have to emphasize that the way you are is unusual. That you don't come along every day. (Linda Hunt – Venus, Jupiter, Neptune, Pluto, and Chiron retrograde in natal chart)

January 26
Moon in Scorpio/Sagittarius
The Moon Goes Void, of Course, 9:28pm enters Sagittarius 11:34pm
|
Our tendency under the influence of a Scorpio Moon is to turn inward. On its own, not a bad thing. However, sometimes gaining the perspective of someone else, can be the key that helps unlock a personal mystery. If you feel like you are spiraling in an unwanted direction, or just plain stuck, reach for a lifeline. Call a trusted friend, family member, or advisor - someone you know loves you and supports you no matter what. They may not always agree with you, but they always have your back.
This morning the Moon makes a strong alliance with Neptune in sister water sign, Pisces. This amps up our access to creativity, imagination, and intuition. Metaphysical and spiritual activities are favored as the veil between the material world and the ethereal seems more transparent. We drift back to material reality this evening when the Moon connects with Pluto and Mercury in no-nonsense Capricorn. Conversations may be targeted and profound. Valuable insights are plentiful.
As Luna makes helpful and supportive connections to planets today, there is a clear message to not isolate. We may not be up for a party but spending time with people we can be ourselves with is very comforting and life-affirming. If you are feeling misunderstood, left out, or lonely it may not be the number of interactions with others but the nature and quality of the interactions. Spend time with others, on purpose.
Shortly before midnight (Pacific Time) the Moon sails into adventurous and philosophical Sagittarius. It may not influence us today, but tomorrow when we wake up, we’ll likely notice the breeze is coming from a different direction.
Daily Muse: Well, I believe you created those experiences over and over because they mirrored something you believed about yourself. It doesn’t really matter how long we have had a problem, or how big it is, or how life-threatening it is. The Point of Power Is Always in the Present Moment…When there is a problem, there is not something to do, there is something to know. (Louise L. Hay – Moon in Scorpio)

January 27
Moon in Sagittarius
|
The Sagittarian Moon is the traveler. What motivates this desire to move around and experience new things? The Sagittarian Moon is on a relentless hunt for the truth. Even though Sag is a flexible Mutable sign, this doesn’t always guarantee that we are receptive and adaptable to other people’s “truth.”
This morning as Luna square’s Jupiter (Sagittarius’ ruling planet) we can be expressive and excessive in our enthusiasm. We may overreact to others who don’t share our view and opinions. In part, this is because we believe we have carefully researched the evidence and carefully come to our conclusions. We don’t want to even consider the idea that we might not be right. The facts are obvious, aren’t they? Watch for this today – the fanatical desire to be right. It plagues all of us to some degree, at least some of the time.
Tolerance will probably be in short supply this morning although the drama hopefully will be short-lived. If you witness an out-of-control display, you might notice the person is probably not winning friends and influencing people. We might want to consider our attachment to ideas and look at how we handle people and opinions different from our own. Do we view them as dangerous or evil? Is there something in our lives that pushes us toward being a fanatic?
This afternoon we are more willing to re-examine what we are so sure of when the Sun in Aquarius makes a harmonizing connection to the Moon. Maybe there is something more to see here? Later, when Luna connects to the Wounded Healer Chiron, we may understand how and why we get provoked and how to avoid unnecessary conflicts. This evening another grouchy lunar connection to Uranus in Taurus can feel disappointing. However, we might also be more accepting of others who are equally attached to their own belief systems.

January 28
Moon in Sagittarius
The Moon Goes Void, of Course,11:00am
|
The Moon in truth-seeking Sagittarius runs into a serious fog of confusion today with a square to Neptune in its home sign of Pisces. We might very well expect the foundation of a long-held idea or belief to suddenly erode, or at least threaten to fall apart. Instead of holding on for dear life we will be better off inviting objective observation into our line of sight. To see clearly, we need to be willing to experience more than one point of view. Taking an independent stand or choosing sides may be unnecessary and alienating.
This is not to say we should abandon our principles, but rather always be willing to re-examine our beliefs and behaviors especially in the context of new information or changing circumstances. Idealistic principles sound good and may look good on paper but may not stand the test of time or prove to be ethical, moral, or loving. None of us must look far to find multiple examples of the chasm between religion and spirituality (Religion is associated with Sagittarius and Spirituality with Pisces). When spiritual principles are transformed into religious ideologies, an essential ingredient can be lost.
A literary and theatrical example is depicted in Victor Hugo’s Les Miserables. The paroled prisoner Jean Valjean (jailed for 19 years for stealing a loaf of bread) takes shelter in the home of a bishop and then repays him by leaving early with the silverware. When captured by the authorities the bishop lies to the police saying he gave the silverware to Jean Valjean and even asks him why he forgot the candlesticks. The bishop obviously was answering to a higher calling by covering for Jean Valjean and lying to the authorities. Life is almost never black and white.
This may seem like robust advice for dealing with a quick moving lunar transit and indeed it is. No doubt I am being influenced by a far weightier energy developing through the day and exact tonight when retrograding Mercury meets up with Pluto in sober Capricorn. This is the second of three meetings between the planet of thinking and the planet of transformation. (The first was December 30, 2021, and the final will be on February 11th). You know the drill. Often when planets retrograde, it sets up the opportunity for two planets to come together three times. This essentially cranks up the energy and meaning, setting the stage for profound awakenings and changes of mind, in the case of Mercury.
Please don’t ignore messages and information coming in through your rational mind or intuition. With Mercury moving retrograde it’s likely our ideas are being disrupted by new information and revelations. We don’t see the whole picture yet, but we do realize something important is happening. A transformation or awakening is being created. It’s not time to draw a conclusion as the next few weeks likely bring in additional clarity. This is potent, interesting, and maybe even mind-blowing energy tonight. Be ready to embrace duality and see two sides of a picture without needing to make one right and the other wrong. Being able to sit in respect of differences is an important experience being offered here.
Daily Muse: A man is not idle because he is absorbed in thought. There is visible labor and there is invisible labor. (Victor Hugo – Sun, Mercury, Venus, Pluto and North Node in Pisces – Moon and Chiron in Sagittarius)

January 29
Moon in Sagittarius/Capricorn
Venus moves Direct 12:46am
The Void of Course Moon enters Capricorn at 1:09am
|
Less than an hour after midnight (last night) Venus finished her backwards motion at 11 Capricorn. It may not be completely accurate to say the retrograde is over since it will take the planet of values until March 1st to get back to 26 Capricorn where she started moving backwards on December 19th. Nevertheless, it’s a moment of celebration and time to apply the many messages and lessons. If we fail to incorporate the revelations and act on them, they are of no or little use to us.
The month of February will be a fertile time to think about and act on ideas that attract us. After all, that’s what Venus is about – attracting and magnetizing what appeals to us and what feels valuable. Don’t let the opportunity pass you by. This isn’t just about love, romance, and money. It’s inclusive of many and any ideas you believe will enrich your life. With Venus in the dedicated and grounded sign of Capricorn it could be a nutritional or exercise program, taking up a new sport or dance activity, building bonds with family and colleagues, devoting yourself to a romantic relationship, improving your professional skills, moving ahead with a new career or hobby, or making a long-term financial plan. They sky is really the limit. What would you like to do to build a better future for yourself and the world?
Putting a further emphasis on Capricorn, the Moon enters this Saturn-ruled sign just minutes after Venus stations direct. The cosmos does love synchronicity! The Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Pluto are now all in Capricorn! It may be a weekend, but the cosmos is practically screaming about responsibility, dedication, and discipline.
We are off to an energetic start with the Moon joining Mars early this morning. Whether working from home or doing household chores it should be a productive day. Mid-day the Moon sextiles Jupiter in Pisces which could indicate we are ready to take a break and catch a movie or concert, or possibly we are re-energized to finish a chosen task. Tonight, we are feeling creative and ready to cut loose as Luna connects with Uranus. If one of your goals includes a restrictive diet or exercise plan, tonight could be a struggle. We want the rules to adapt to us, not the other way around. Try to build flexibility into any new habit or routine you are adopting. The Moon joining Venus this evening confirms we want our routines and structures to be both nurturing and fun.
This should be a good evening for social activities, especially ones that reinforce family relationships and building bonds. It could even be a good evening for working on a joint project or hobby together.
Daily Muse: My tastes are simple: I am easily satisfied with the best. (Winston S. Churchill – Venus retrograde in Sagittarius)

January 30
Moon in Capricorn
The Moon Goes Void, of Course, 8:44pm
|
The rumble you hear in the cosmos mid-day is the reverberating waves of energy created when the Sun in Aquarius squares rebellious Uranus in Taurus. Although this can be a very disruptive force, don’t assume it’s negative. It can prove to be a spark of profound creativity. Think of the moment of conception. Lives are about to be changed forever and in radical ways. Nothing subtle about pregnancy, birth, and raising a child. Although we usually think of conjunctions between planets as moments of conception, the Sun Uranus square may be a necessary and useful precursor – a way of cracking us open and getting our attention. There is a New Moon in Aquarius tomorrow, (ruled by Uranus) so today’s awakening is no mistake even if it does feel something like an unexpected weather pattern moving through our consciousness.
I’d like to say the energy for the rest of the day will be more subtle, but I’m not thinking this is the case. A gentle lunar connection to spiritual Neptune lets intuition flow. However, the Moon’s conjunction with Mercury this evening, followed a few hours later by a lunar conjunction with Pluto acts like an echo of Mercury’s conjunction with Pluto on Friday. Important messages and revelations will not be denied. We are being challenged to move beyond idealistic ideas and onto pragmatic plans and actions. Life is about to speed up in unpredictable ways. Don’t forget your phone charger and protein bar.
Daily Muse: The distance is nothing when one has a motive. (Pride and Prejudice – author Jane Austen – Mars conjunct Pluto in Capricorn)

A restaurant named Casa Bonita opened in Colorado in 1974. There was a huge media buzz about the place, as it was “unlike any other restaurant.” My parents decided to take the family. I had another obligation, but decided I would meet them there when I was done.
I caught sight of the gigantic pink building situated in a strip-mall. It had a bell-tower and a big splashy fountain out front. I finally found a parking place and headed in. People were being herded into the place at a good clip. “This won’t be bad, “ I thought. I entered, only to find myself in one of those zigzag, human accordions made famous by theme parks. It reminded me of a prison mess-hall in a 1930s movie. There seemed to be hundreds of people in front of me, and one of those persons was wildly waving and calling my name. It was my mom.
My family was just about to reach the ordering station, a good half an hour away for me, and Mom wanted me to join them. Loud grumbles came from the surly crowd and I expected to get shanked any second. I shook my head and mouthed, “No!” When my mom yelled she could cut glass, so when she screeched, “COME HERE NOW!” everyone froze. She glared at everyone with her lead-melting eyes and the crowd parted as I sheepishly joined my family.
Upon ordering, plated food was flung through a window from a hidden room and was then slammed on a large tray. Time to pay. Everyone watched in disbelief as my mom reached into her bra, pulled out a wad of cash, peeled off some damp bills, and handed them to the horrified teenage boy at the cash register. She called it, “My safe.”
It seemed that everyone who worked there was a teenager and a tiny girl grabbed the heavy tray and led us out of the bright room into the dining area. We were gob-smacked. It was an indoor, carpeted Mexican village, like one you might see in a dream after eating Taco Bell while drunk at 2 in the morning. There was a Mariachi band, a 30-foot high rock waterfall complete with death-defying divers, a city plaza, a rock formation that had caves, gun-toting cowboys with phony mustaches, and all sorts of other twisted stuff. Everywhere, and I mean everywhere, there were tables with diners eating and employees sprinting from tables to the kitchen and back again.
We were led to a gazebo that shaded us from the artificial night sky. The food was industrial and all you could eat. On the table was a flag that could be raised or lowered. Our server told us that if we wanted more food, drinks, silverware, napkins, or sopapillas, all we had to do was raise the flag. She vanished. We dug in and soon my brother raised the flag. Instantly an employee ran to the table, got his order and sped off. I was amazed at how much terrible food I could eat in one sitting.
The size of the place was unbelievable. There was a gold mine with people eating in booths. There was a stage with a magician doing a straight jacket escape and 30 tables of diners in front of him. There was an arcade, a gift shop, a place to get your picture taken in “jail,” a caricaturist, a strolling magician, a balloon animal twister, and one day in the far future, there would be a yo-yo Pro by the name of Mighty Mo, but that’s a tale for another time. For some reason they even had someone in a gorilla suit.
Today, Casa Bonita and I are almost 50 years older and we’ve both been through a lot. It recently looked as if bankruptcy was inevitable for the old place, until Trey Parker and Matt Stone bought it.
Parker and Stone are the creators of South Park, the wildly popular cartoon and are both from Colorado. One episode is notorious and prominently features Casa Bonita. There’s no use in trying to explain the episode, as it defies description, but it helped make Casa Bonita known worldwide. In saving it from destruction, they’ve vowed to make the food edible. They’ve also done something else, which is why I’m writing this.
The two cartoon millionaires have kept on the entire Casa Bonita crew, even though the restaurant has been closed for quite a while. Everyone is getting paid their full wages: cooks, servers, cleaners, even the divers and the gorilla, as long as they are working within the community. They’re working at food banks, aiding the elderly, and in general, doing good work. No one has been laid off. Everyone is getting full pay and benefits.
This is exactly the type of goodness I’ve been looking for in this new year. People who can afford to do almost anything, helping out those who can’t afford to do much who are, in turn, helping those who can’t do anything but try to survive. This is the best of us. This is the new awareness that I believe will be a hallmark of 2022, and by this I’m uplifted, to say the least.
I was a little blue last week. This news has changed my mood. I hope it uplifts you, too.
Until next week, I wish you all peace and love.

Reflections
Source is fulfilling itself through and as man. God is All that Is, but man is God’s masterpiece, the instrument through which God, incorporeal Spirit, operates in the material world.
Source fulfills Itself through man’s creativity, accomplishments, integrity, and through expressions of love, generosity, and service. All things expansive and good are not human attributes, and they are not to be found in the material world, they are demonstrations of the Divine, God becoming more of Itself as man for the benefit of the world.
The definition of fulfilling is to provide happiness and satisfaction. Source is all Life, so, every beautiful thing we see, every gift, in whatever form, we receive, every time we feel good, peaceful, free, creative or joyful, is God reflecting Itself back to us for our fulfillment. Every good and beautiful thing is a reflection of our True Self.
This is a beautiful circle and an expansive thing to ponder.
Have a very blessed week

Honor Your Element
February 1st hits and we can't stop thinking about our looming &
dooming future: the summer body! Yes, the thought of Valentine's Day
and romance can inspire some healthier choices, but over and over again I hear, "I want to look good this summer!"
So in my quest to assist my clientele with their "summer bodies" through the models of more self-awareness and acceptance, I dove into some astrological theories and practices.
I found plenty of suggestions regarding first and second houses, rising signs, the sixth house, and on and on... my head spun! The one thing I feel gifted in is making things SIMPLE so that any advice can be applied and isn't left in intellectual LaLaLand!
I also looked at Vedic suggestions, Chinese Elements, and Chakras. The key to these philosophies was "balance". If you're earth, eat and live airy. If you are fiery, cool down. And this is where everything came together for me:
WHAT'S WRONG WITH BEING FIERY OR AIRY? Nothing!!!!
In my opinion, why shouldn't we live and act in accordance with what we were meant to be? So I used myself as a test rat!
In Western Astro I am Earthy; Esoteric/Vedic I am Fire. I went with the latter as it is my preferred methodology and fits my desires more obviously.
I am mostly fire, with a little air, and low earth and water. I decided instead of balancing, I would HONOR MYSELF and my elements. Some clues:
Fire- Spicy spicy proteins chocolate not too much fat, coffee; red
Air- Lighter meals with grains, crackers, poultry, sugar; light colors
Water- Fish, watery foods, teas, cold; blues and purples
Earth- Root vegetables, beans, calming spices; earthy colors
** Keep in mind this should be incorporated into a balanced diet
"But I don't have caffeine! I have anxiety!
This was my first response to the fiery foods. Of course, you need to figure out your elements and balance your highest ones. I was lucky to mainly focus on fire.
What happened? IT WORKED. It was not just the food, it was understanding what my body needed and how I could assist it. I started enjoying the protein at every meal and my hair, which had been falling out, STOPPED! I found much more energy and flow. I didn't actually suffer from anxiety AND I couldn't get enough spice!!!!
This became less about a "summer body" and more about a relationship with the self. And what I am learning is life-changing! To ALWAYS, always, HONOR YOUR TRUE SELF!!!
Blessings,
Grace
