I hope you are well and thank you so much for your continued support of our cause! As a result of wonderful supporters like you, we have been able to increase the number of Brevard elementary school kids that we are helping feed on weekends.

The Children's Hunger Project started with a dream and a goal. Beginning with just one school and a few students in 2010, TCHP has delivered weekend food packages without missing a single school weekend, to as many elementary school children as possible, as well as help with summer feeding programs.

With the start of this new school year, we will be serving over 2,300 students each weekend in 48 elementary schools!

I wanted to let you know that we are in full planning mode now for the Health First Fight Child Hunger 5K Run/Walk, slated for January 11th, again at Viera High School. I’ve included some information below.

The Health First Fight Child Hunger 5K is a joint fundraiser for The Children’s Hunger Project and Sharing Center of Central Brevard. We invite you to help us stomp out childhood hunger by joining us at this exciting event.
