Start 2022 the right way! Winter is a great time to stretch your body and your mind with mindfulness and movement.
Join Creat Calm mindfulness instructors in an online yoga class designed exclusively for ILO self-advocates. ILO’s self-advocates will explore a variety of techniques for re-balancing thoughts and feelings and calming the body.
This class is designed to optimize the brain-body-breath connection and bring our self-advocates together in a space of growth, healing and support.
This class is accessible for all ability levels. No prior yoga experience required.
Create Calm is using a Zoom platform for these classes. You can access class from your computer, tablet, or phone. You must register to receive the Zoom Link.
All participants will automatically be muted when joining a class and throughout to keep the class on course. Participants will have an opportunity to unmute their devices and say hello at the end of the class. Please be sure your device is muted during class to avoid sound feedback and distractions.
