Word of the Week
July 11, 2019

From The Church Office

We all enjoyed Jennifer Kerouac's sermon last Sunday and appreciate her filling in while Pastor Russ and Kim were traveling to Panama City with our Youth for the Big Stuf Conference. We hear they had an amazing time and we look forward to them sharing their God changing experiences with us on Sunday morning! Pastor Russ will be giving a message on "Redemption" as he continues the "I Can Only Imagine" series.

Pastor Gary is in Atlanta at Emory College where he is taking two Theology Classes and will be back on July 21st. Pray for successful studies and a safe return.

Many of our Harvester Families are on vacation and we pray they are enjoying time away, visiting friends & family, taking in new memories and for safe travels! Amen

Blessings to all,
Sheila Fitzgerald

Evangelism and Outreach Craft Fair!

The Missions Committee will be raising funds by selling homemade crafts, so if you knit, crochet, quilt, make soaps, make jewelry,
knick-knacks, art, or other types of craft,
please consider donating to the craft fair. Better yet, set up your
own space as a vendor. (Indoor and outdoor spots available!)

Also the committee is seeking volunteers to make gift baskets that can be raffled off at the end of the day. So, get out those knitting needles, those paintbrushes, scraps of material, those baskets, and help make this Fall Festival Craft Fair a fun and exciting event at Harvester!"  Any questions see Delaine Holsopple

PHONE ALERT!  PHONE ALERT!
For those who are unable to make it to the Wednesday prayer group, I am asking that you set a recurring alarm on your phone for a time and day of your choice to take time to pray specifically for your church and God's will to be done at Harvester! The more we talk to God about what He wants from us, the faster we can begin working on it. Thank you everyone for helping us to bombard Heaven with our requests!

Roof Campaign Update
from Debbi Isom

We are at the halfway mark for the roof campaign. Our goal is to raise $23,000 over 3 years to pay for a new roof on the original building. $52 per year or $1 per Sunday each year per member will reach the goal. Thanks be to God we met the goal the first year! The year to date total is $3,366.90 which means we are close to halfway to our goal of $7,700 for this year. Thanks to everyone who has given thus far. We are hopeful we will meet our goal again this year.
