"Throughout history, human beings have given expression to God, the Divine," writes artist Amy Livingstone. "Consider the cave paintings of Lascaux, or the Hagia Sophia mosque in Turkey."

John O'Donohue, said, "God is beauty. Sacred art is born of the marriage between the Holy and the creative imagination."

For inspiration and to connect with the Divine, I look to architecture, landscapes, seascapes, sunrises, sunsets, trees, bees, flowers, and souls. Where do you look, see, and find your connection to the Divine? Pause and reflect on this please.

This has been a wondrous year of offering to the world some of the photographic images I have been shooting and collecting over several decades. Many of you know the story of how two unrelated professional photographers encouraged me to "put Martha Creek images out in the world". Well, this is the year for it. The launch is official and has been fun, fulfilling, and a great project. The work has been an enormous addition to an already full schedule. It is also been a labor of love, faith and intention. I have gotten a lot of practice in noticing instead of controlling and directing.

The first collection is a book entitled, Uppa Creek - No Paddle Needed. It represents a collection of favorites shot from around the world, including a myriad of beauty from Bugtussle to Bali. The second collection is a book entitled, Visions of Beauty and is a floral display of the distinction, diversity, and delight among the flower kingdom. Each of the photographs in both collections literally touch my soul. I do not use filters or color additions on the images. I offer them as close to how I shot them on my "older" iPhones as possible. The third release is called  Whispers of Wisdom which is a deck of inspirational cards with quotes on the photographs. My vision and mission, as well as hope and prayer -- is for the images to "Remind you of what you love, where you love, and why you love". I pray that you too can sense and see infinity, the divine and another world through the images and your connection to creation and Creator.

I've received extraordinary feedback about the card deck specifically. Friends, ministers, and colleagues are using them in their ministry, as insert in greeting cards or gifts, for workshops, seminars, trainings and a myriad of ways to teach. I heard this week that a man drew the card that says, "It didn't turn out the way I thought. It was perfect instead," and it continues to guide his responses to things he would normally have resisted or rejected. I got a call this week that someone is sending them to a prison they serve in. Several of the Unity bookstores are stocking them and have already re-ordered. It is a great feeling to get the "re-order" and to share the excitement of folks' joy for them. Prints are also available for purchase in canvas or metal, in a variety of sizes.

All of this work, nature, art, beauty, books, cards and products are another way for me to minister. They are all answered prayers, toward my mission to "get these stunning images and teachings to the whole of humanity".

Even though it is sourced by Healthy Congregations, Inc., it is not religious based and is fantastic training for all aspects of life - relationships, teams, offices, churches, and individually too.
