Maintenance to be performed:
Painting exterior unit doors of 7/8, 9/12 &10/11
Location of maintenance:
Tower 1 Floors 23-2
Time work will be preformed:
8 AM - 5 PM
IMPORTANT!!
We will need to access the door to open it and paint the entire exterior then leave it open to dry (3 - 4 hours).
A security guard will be posted on the floor the entire time while doors are ajar. Once dry, security will secure the unit doors.
