Hi! I'm Keri Imhof and am the owner of Edge Mortgage, Inc as well as a mortgage loan officer.  I am a Johnstown native and my family has been in the area for four generations.  Edge Mortgage is located in the Huwa Building in downtown Johnstown, 39 S. Parish Ave, Suite 120.  After sitting vacant for a decade, my business partner and I purchased the remaining space in the building and just completed construction in early August.  I am very excited to be working in the heart of downtown Johnstown and surrounded by four other amazing women and their businesses. 

After having an interest in the mortgage business for many years, I took a leap of faith about four years ago and obtained my mortgage license.  When the opportunity arose to purchase the new office space earlier this year, I decided it was time to open my own mortgage brokerage.  As a broker, I have access to many different lenders to find the best product and rate for my client's needs.  I was recently asked what my ideal client was.  As much as I like the easy file, I actually like assisting those clients who have been told no or feel that they can't qualify to purchase a home.  It may take a little bit longer and a lot more work on my end, but nothing is better that being at the closing table with someone who thought they would never be a homeowner.  I am also lucky to have a great team to work with.  Danelle Wardlaw is a loan officer and Cheryl Boyer is our loan assistant.  Together we make sure your loan process and experience goes smoothly.
