Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) Announces Fall 2019 Series of Continuing 
Education Classes
 

Santa Fe, NM. - September 3, 2019.

Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) Continuing Education (CE) Program is committed to providing comprehensive training and adult education for the advancement and growth in workforce skills, lifelong learning, and empowerment through community-based learning opportunities. IAIA CE formally recognizes learning by issuing Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and IAIA Badges to participants that have completed CE courses, workshops or training sessions. CEUs and Badges are also offered for educational programming presented by external organizations across the country. IAIA CE Badges are also a means to recognize learning and can be utilized in resumes, posted to social media and shared across online platforms.

For Fall 2019, IAIA Continuing Education is offering a range of courses in professional development, personal enrichment and health and wellness. If you work within the creative and non-profit sectors, learn how to you can access funding by enrolling in Grant Writing for Artists and Non-Profit Professionals. Learn how to Self-Publish as a writer and author. Learn how to manage personal finances, grow your business and develop yourself as a professional artist.

Classes are affordable with experienced and knowledgeable instructors. Some recent comments from Continuing Ed students include:

How to Register: 

Please register online. Classes are available on a first come, first served basis. Register early as seats are limited. See course information for any costs associated with each course.


Ways to register:
 
To earn IAIA Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and IAIA Continuing Education Digital Badges, participants must register and fully participate in courses and course work. CEU Transcripts will be provided at a cost of $5 per transcript. Digital badges will be issued for courses completed.

 
Note: If you can't attend your courses for any reason, please advise the CE Manager so your seat can be available for another participant. Class times and locations may change without notice. For up-to-date information, please always refer to the IAIA Continuing Education online course listing www.iaia.edu/cecourses . We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or combine classes and to change instructors when necessary.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are refunded in full when:
  • the class or workshop is full
  • the activity is cancelled
  • IAIA Continuing Education rejects the registration application
 
You can request a refund by contacting the IAIA Continuing Education Manager by phone, by email, or in person, prior to the first class (see contact information below). No refunds will be provided after the first class, no exceptions please. Please allow up to four weeks to process refunds.
